Firewood

We offer hardwood logs (seasoned or green) stored in containers for up to a year with a moisture content of 20% or less. Our firewood comes in a variety of sizes but we can cut logs to order to fit your stove or fireplace. We deliver promptly with free delivery at a time that suits you best. Unlike other firewood companies, we store our wood in metal cubic metre containers called IBCs (100cm x 120cm). These are considerably larger than the conventional ‘dumpy bag’ that measures 85cm x 75cm.

Not a lot of people require firewood in the summer, but this is the perfect time of year to be stocking up your woodshed in preparation for the colder months. We ask that you think ahead regarding stock levels and whether you have enough. This not only saves you money but will also guarantee you the best quality firewood before our dry hardwood stocks are low in the more sought-after parts of the year.

Due to Government changes and the new guidelines, we must make every delivery of green firewood a minimum of 2 cubic metres. Each delivery will be accompanied with guidance on how to dry your firewood to a moisture content of 20% or less and advice on when to burn.
